ABOUT ME:
Hi, my name is Kerilyn Mongar. I am the Multi-Age Exploratory teacher this year at Hunter Middle School. In this class, we will be focusing on the betterment of our bodies. We will explore mental/emotional, physical, and social health. As a class, we will also be participating in activities in the weight room and on the track. In the weight room portion of this class, we will be working on proper form and posture using light weights. My goal for the students in this class is to make them feel comfortable with a healthy lifestyle, and provide them with the knowledge they need to successfully be healthy.
This year I am also the head coach at East Ridge High School, coaching volleyball and softball.
